Whatever Happened to Beta Leaks?

Beta Leaks, a website dedicated to sneakily issuing information on MMOs currently in beta, has mysteriously closed down this week. Visitors to the website, which has been the bane of all developers for years, now receive this message when trying to access goodies about their favourite upcoming games:

"This account has been suspended.
Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources.
WRZhost offshore Hosting."

The internet is rife with speculation. Did a developer finally manage to take legal action against the brains behind the website, or did someone simply forget to pay their domain hosting bill?

Whatever the reason, the developers of soon-to-be-released games DarkFall Online and Chronicles of Spellborn can breathe a sigh of relief. Their secrets are safe - at least for now.

While I find the whole NDA on games thing somewhat bizarre (especially later on in development), it would be wrong of me to link Beta Leak's web address here.

But if you are interested, you could Google "Beta" and "Leaks"

Y'know, just a suggestion.
