War is harsh, and the victors of the never ending battle is... Mythic, for big daddy Electronic Arts has demanded that it make cuts to its workforce.
According to a report, twenty one customer service employees, half of the QA department and all of the playtest group are set to go at the studio.
Clearly, the much expected MMO hasn't done nearly as well as expected, which isn't any kind of surprise as it launched with half the content missing and more problems than you could shake a bright wizard at.
So with half the QA staff gone, don't expect a speedy response to your problems with bugs, gold farming, or character issues.
Will any company get the MMO right?
